What you learn?
Beginners’ courses dependent on the group, last from 6 weeks to 5 months and during this time students learn training etiquette, basic stances, blocks, punches and kicks. Also first self-defence techniques are being introduced.
First 4 months of trainings students gain certain level of flexibility, endurance and fitness in order to join advanced course afterward.
All the trainings are adjusted to practitioners’ individual condition level.

At the end of the beginners course there is graduation test and practitioners for the first time have chance to check their progress and eventually obtain right to wear higher grade belt.
